Tiffany L. Reed, D.O. is a third-year clinician-educator geriatrics fellow with special interests in delirium, geriatric assessment, clinical teaching, and person-centered care (culture change) in long-term care. She is writing a manuscript on the medical director's role in culture change. She is also working on a quality-improvement project on delirium in the Duke Emergency Department. She works with the Caring for Older Adults and their Caregivers at Home (COACH) team at the Durham VA, and hopes to develop a curriculum for caregiver delirium assessment in the community.
