Engaging in cardiovascular research at the clinical, translational or basic science level is a fundamental part of the training for every Duke Cardiology Fellow. In addition to dedicated, protected research years, we have integrated a Research Discovery month into the clinical years which allows clinical fellows to explore opportunities in different laboratories and fields of research.
